These terms describe how Archon Pulse may be used and the limits we are honest about. They apply to organisations and individuals authorised to access the platform.
Archon Pulse is a media, source and evidence intelligence platform. It monitors public and authorised sources, organises what it finds, and links findings to the source that supports them. Media shows movement; official sources confirm; Archon connects both.
Coverage depends on source availability, access rights and technical feasibility. The service may change as sources, coverage and features are added or withdrawn.
Findings are linked to the public source that supports them. Archon does not own, control or warrant the accuracy of third-party sources. We provide no warranty that third-party content is correct, complete, current or lawful at source.
Model-assisted outputs (such as scoring or summaries) are labelled as assisted and require human review before high-stakes use. They are aids to judgement, not a substitute for it.
You retain ownership of the configuration, briefs and notes you create. Archon retains ownership of the platform, its software and its underlying intelligence architecture. Public-source material remains the property of its original publisher; Archon links to and references it, and does not claim ownership of it.
Archon Pulse is operated from Malaysia and intends to handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The platform is built around public-source and evidence-linked material. It does not build individual voter profiles, psychographic targeting records or household-level records. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Archon is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of platform output, for the accuracy of third-party sources, or for losses arising from source unavailability or service interruption. Nothing in this draft limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may change as the platform and its legal review progress. Material changes will be signalled to authorised account holders. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms once they are finalised.
